The Illinois Tollway congestion relief program converted mainline toll plazas to barrier-free, non-stop Open Road Tolling. Chastain performed drainage design services for Crawford, Murphy & Tilly, Inc. as part of the conversion of Plazas 17 (Devon Ave) and 19 (River Road) on the Northwest Tollway (I-90).
