Chastain prepared construction plans for a condominium development in Morrison, Illinois. The project included the design of a street extension, site utilities including sanitary and storm sewers, water and gas services, a storm water management plan, and erosion control plans. IEPA permits for the water main and sanitary sewer construction were then obtained for the site.
The site was modeled in GeoPak Site to develop a master grading plan that incorporated the basement excavations resulting in a near zero balance for the earthwork to reduce project construction costs.
