Chastain has provided design services for a variety of commercial locations. Soy Capital Bank shares a building with Decatur Memorial Hospital’s Imaging Center. Four drive up lanes on one end and an MRI on the other, adds to the uniqueness of this mixed use site.
The building provides for traffic to stack up on-site and space is provided from the drive in lanes back through the County road to the intersection. This mitigates congestion and keeps traffic flowing.
Proximity to the intersection of US Route 51 and IL 105 affords the bank the opportunity to generate maximum sign exposure to a high traffic count.
